“Choosing still flow”
It was a cloudy day, not the rainy kind from movies. He looked into the sky, forgetting numbers, names and logic. He’s more a man of action and few words but he strives to explain. The first love glance was in childhood, heisting his father’s hammers to play with them. As a teenager later craving something, a beautiful magic maybe. To take him out of time, place and all these intellectual factors. Back to the hammer and chisels, chasing a narrative already written. And yes, pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza.
I’m him, Ciao! My name is Parandeh, a Persian name like the art I’ve been doing for years, metalwork. Sculpting in a way, pounding the chisels straight from my heart. Oh, that harmonic sound. Hammering elements not just to weave a composition, it’s living without rushing. The doing itself fulfils me, not the result. Lost in the music, dancing the hammer to tease and kiss the metal.
Read, travel and learn, my definition of art has changed and always will. From sketching and carving I started creating jewelleries, photographing and making some coffee. To find art in every turn and joy it. I’m imperfect, traditional and wild baby.
